Led by George Gray, who has worked in estate agency since 1990 and covering areas throughout Somerset and Dorset specialising in both town and country residential sales from apartments to farms, land and estates.

George lives locally in Long Sutton and has two grown up children. He has worked in Estate Agency for over 30 years in both the Somerset and Dorset areas specialising in town and country residential sales from apartments to farms, land and estates. George is very much a hands on director and will often come out to visit your property for a valuation, he is well known and respected within the profession and is trusted by clients who value his expertise.

Tracey is George's wife and works closely with him in all aspects of running the business. Her passion is giving advice on interior design and property presentation. However, Tracey’s expertise lies within being able to engage with people throughout the sales progression with great knowledge, empathy and understanding helping to make the journey through to completion as stress free as possible.

Spencer Mawbey at GeorgeJames Properties

Spencer Mawbey has worked in estate agency for several years, starting his career in London before moving to the South West. Spencer has an excellent knowledge of the local area and lives in Somerton with his wife and two children. Spencer has a passion for helping match the right property to the right buyer and works tirelessly to get sales agreed.

Tom started his estate agency career nearly 10 years ago and had been managing a successful family business in Burnham on Sea before his move to GeorgeJames Properties. He loves helping clients from the initial valuation, all the way through the process to the handing over of the keys on completion. Tom now lives in Street with his fiancée and two dogs and has great local connections due to his love of musical theatre.

Elliott is George and Tracey’s son, you will often find him helping out in the Somerton office. He has a wealth of knowledge in construction of properties and ways to improve the energy efficiency of your home. He is great with general administration and putting floor plans together.
